Three different cases will be done on a Single Day, in a Sequential Manner where every step of Microtia Repair including the Rib Harvesting, the Detailed Knowledge & Smallest details of Sculpting of the most ideal Frame - Work for Microtia Repair will be demonstrated step by step with live running commentary and a wonderful moderation that will enhance the academic & teaching value of this course.

Then there will be an additionally Atresia Repair in the same stage, where the entire Canal will be drilled and the Ossicular Chain will be completely mobilized. This a special technique of Microtia-Atresia Repair by Dr. Bhumkar which is called as HIM ( Hearing Improvement And Microtia Repair).

This patient of Microtia - Atresia had undergone a set of CT Scan of the Temporal Bone, a Protocol developed by Dr. Bhumkar along with Dr. Sneha and every surgical relevant details has been Marked, Pointed & Measured.

So this case is an ideal case for the HIM Technique, the Hearing Improvement and Microtia Repair Surgery.

So besides repairing Microtia using the Rib Cartilage, we will go ahead & do the Atresia Repair and the Ossicular Chain Mobilization to give the patient an Improvement in the Perception of Sound.
